General Manager – Bespoke Luxury Boutique Hotel📍 Location: RajasthanAbout the CompanyOur client is a Boutique Luxury Hotel which is soon launching its latest 60 Room Hospitality Offering in partnership with an exceptional International Luxury Hotel Brand, known for their Hospitality and personalized Bespoke Experiences. We are seeking a passionate General Manager to lead the Operations and elevate guest experiences in this pre opening assignment.The hotel boasts of opulent living spaces and will be a premier F&B destination offering Gourmet cuisine across its signature dining destinations, an intimate bar, a stylish lounge, and dedicated Spa & Wellness facilities designed for rejuvenation and holistic wellbeing. The property will also offer expansive banquet and event spaces, making it an exceptional venue for destination weddings, social celebrations, and MICE events.Role OverviewAs General Manager, you will be at the helm of this distinguished property, driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of service, and upholding the hotel's legacy. This is an opportunity to shape memorable guest journeys while leading a talented team in a unique Rajasthani cultural heritage setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee entire hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.Drive exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail and personalized service.Develop and implement strategies to achieve Revenue and Profitability targets.Maintain high standards in F&B offerings, events, and property upkeep.Build, mentor, and motivate a dynamic team aligned with the hotel's values.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to promote the property as a top hospitality destination.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.Preferred Candidate ProfileIHM Graduate from a reputed Institute with at least 15-20 years experience in a Luxury Hotel environment Proven track record as a Hotel Manager/ EAM/Director Operations/Unit Head or similar leadership role in luxury / five star Boutique Hotels.Expertise in F&B, Room Operations and Guest Experiences in a heritage setting is highly desirable.Strong Financial acumen and Strategic thinking skills.Excellent Communication and team leadership abilities.A deep appreciation for cultural heritage and guest-centric hospitality.
