We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and converting leads into customers. This is a performance-oriented role ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, or social media.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and interest in our products/services.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and/or sales (2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
