Lead generation executive

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Research – Identifying potential leads through online research, social media, databases, and networking.
- Cold Calling & Emailing – Reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages to generate interest in the company's products/services.
- Qualifying Leads – Understanding customer needs, budgets, and decision-making authority to ensure the lead is relevant.
- Database Management – Maintaining and updating CRM systems or lead databases with accurate customer information.
- Market Analysis – Studying industry trends, competitors, and target markets to find new business opportunities.
- Collaboration with Sales Team – Passing qualified leads to the sales team and coordinating with them to ensure smooth conversion.
- Follow-ups – Nurturing leads through regular follow-ups to move them through the sales funnel.
- Target Achievement – Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Reporting – Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on lead status, pipeline, and performance.
- Using Digital Tools – Leveraging LinkedIn, Google, CRM platforms, and other lead generation tools for efficiency.
