Profile Summary - As a Deputy General Manager - Talent Acquisition at BKJ Airports, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels. You will lead end -to -end recruitment efforts, build the employer brand, and ensure that talent acquisition aligns with the organization's growth objectives. This position also involves managing a team of recruitment professionals and collaborating closely with business leaders to fulfill the organization's workforce requirements. Key Responsibilities - • Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to meet business objectives. • Oversee Recruitment Operations: Manage the recruitment process for all levels, including senior leadership and operational roles. • Strengthen Employer Branding: Promote BKJ Airports as an employer of choice through campaigns, job fairs, and other initiatives. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with departmental heads to address hiring needs and skill gaps. • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to labor laws and company recruitment policies. • Monitor Metrics: Track and analyze hiring metrics, presenting regular updates to senior management. • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a high -performance culture. Requirements Educational Qualifications: • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Professional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus. Experience: • Minimum of 12 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Experience in the aviation, infrastructure, or related industries is preferred. Skills and Competencies: • Strategic thinking and the ability to align recruitment goals with business objectives. • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, tools, and recruitment platforms. • Data -driven decision -making capabilities with proficiency in tracking hiring metrics. • Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team.
