People Operations and Talent Coordinator – Remote
About Us:
ASafe Global is a leading provider of innovative Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Solutions for a wide range of industries across the globe. We are seeking an experienced People Operations and Talent Coordinator with a strong background in employment law and HR operations across multiple geographies, including the USA and the EU. The ideal candidate will have a dual focus: managing HR administrative tasks and supporting the recruitment team as needed.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Your roles and responsibilities are not limited to the below but also include supporting the team in all duties as the line manager requires.
- Assist and execute HR administrative functions such as contract management, onboarding, and induction training.
- Support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with other recruitment tasks as needed, while also participating in talent acquisition initiatives and contributing to the full recruitment cycle.
- Handle queries related to payroll, benefits, and other employee services.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws in various jurisdictions, particularly in the USA and EU.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and ensure they are compliant with local and international regulations.
- Update contract templates accordingly and ensure they reflect current laws and company policies.
- Execute onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Conduct induction training sessions and provide new hires with all necessary information regarding company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
- Liaise with payroll providers and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in HR administration & Recruitment with a focus on the Full recruitment cycle, contract management, onboarding, and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly in the USA and EU regions.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones, specifically UK and USA shifts.
- Experience in recruitment processes and talent acquisition is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Master’s degree in human resources/MBA/a related field.
- Relevant certifications in HR or Employment Law are a plus.
