Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for executive-level roles, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases to source qualified candidates.
- Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles to clients for consideration.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability.
- Ensure timely communication and a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

- Database and ATS Management:
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate and client interactions in the ATS.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in executive or senior-level recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail.
