Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role will involve developing and implementing people strategies, managing talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Talent Management:
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and implement retention and development programs for key employees.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement actionable insights.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers.
  • Address performance issues and support leadership in decision-making.
  • Change Management:
  • Lead HR initiatives during organizational transformations, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Provide support and communication for policy and procedural changes.
  • Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical practices.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • HR Analytics:
  • Use data-driven insights to identify HR trends and develop proactive strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Indian labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive change.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and data analytics.
