Deputy General Manager of Sales

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance and exceed goals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers and partners.
  • Provide support to sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and reports for senior management.


       Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Extensive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
