Government Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager/Associate who will build our water and sanitation business with a go-getter attitude. We are looking for someone highly motivated, well-organized, & has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for handling the business & client interactions for the company. Key
responsibilities will include:
- Applying for and winning tender bids
- Pursuing conversations with private contractors, municipalities and Industries to generate leads &identify markets
- Communicate with the tech team about market requirements and priorities for product development
- Align the price point, and business model for the company suitable to launch the first product
Skills and experience required:
- Must have 3-5 years of sales experience with B2G sales and/or proven experience in handling Industrial customers (manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical processing etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Should be able to manage high-value sales
- Experience in the water and sanitation industry will be preferred
- Hands-on experience with managing tenders (end-to-end) or dealing with govt contractors is a plus
