Long Term Settlement:

Knowledge on Bi-partite and Tri-partite settlements, benchmarking on the basis of region cum industries - wage survey, data analysis of wage survey, financial strength of company and analysis, social responsibility of employer in LTS, formation of different committees of management for LTS, etc.


Dispute Resolution and Grievance Management:
Design policies, frameworks, guidelines for dispute resolution and grievance management for the Business and Units basis the corporate guidelines

Liaison with government Authorities:

Labour Inspector & Labour commissioner, Factory inspector, PF Inspector, ESI Dept, police department, and maintaining relation with all the relevant authority.

Disciplinary Proceedings & Domestic Enquiry
  • Counselling, Mentoring, Departmental complaint, review of complaint, preliminary enquiry, show cause notice, suspension, charge sheet, taking care of the entire proceeding of enquiry and etc.
Education QualificationMBA in Industrial Relations/HRGeneral Experience18-20 years of relevant experience
