Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both sales and marketing, along with a solid understanding of Microsoft tools and digital marketing strategies. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing organic lead generation strategies, implementing KPI measurement metrics to assess progress, and overseeing roadmap initiatives.

Shift Timings:
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM to 02:00 AM IST (Non-negotiable as we primarily work with US customers in EST Timezone)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives including sales and brand awareness.
- Identify new leads and business opportunities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing targets.
- Create and deliver proposals for various digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing) to generate qualified leads consistently.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts and provide regular reports.
- Lead and oversee a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns across different channels (social media, email, SEO, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to pinpoint growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales and marketing efforts.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
- Manage Microsoft Partner Network.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Experience in managing Microsoft Marketplace listings.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Partner Network.
- A creative and innovative mindset is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Skills in Organic Lead Generation and Web Analytics.
