Job Summary:

The Deputy General Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations & will provide strategic direction. The goal of DGM is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Role involves managing the overall operations of the admissions team.
  • Leading the admissions team and ensuring a highperformance results driven culture.
  • Coordinating with marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related to admissions and helping execute them.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution.

Qualification

  • Must be MBA or equivalent degree.
  • An Effective strategist with strong Leadership Skills.
  • Possesses Good analytical Skills.
  • Strong Business Understanding.
