Director Business Development

- Should have expertise with Application Management, IT Infrastructure, Cloud & IT outsourcing trends
- Have strong knowledge of Price Benchmarks, SLAs. Service Integration for AMS deals
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
- Are inclined towards technology, understanding of AMS, Automation & cloud technologies
- Competitor analysis on Indian & Global IT services providers
- Research on market size, trends, potential market opportunity and forecast future market
- Collaborates with internal and external customers to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions
- Good communication / presentation skills; able to present decks for internal/external meetings
- Good on client facing skills; driving discussion with CxO organisations
- Need extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time
- Capable of communicating with team members, clients, and external vendors, so they exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Need to be excellent problem-solvers, able to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations.
- Ideal candidate must have prior experience of leading large bids and must have been part of large wins
