The scope of work

  • Responsible for overseas India technical and quality terms negotiation in the contract, including PV modules, PV cells, wafer, and auxiliary material of PV modules; Responsible for new product promo-tion to client; Support and solve the technical query in the project, handle customer claim with GCS team and assist the department leader to improve the technical level and professional ability of the team.


Major responsibilities

  1. Responsible for organizing contract technical evaluation, review and formulating contract technical negotiation plan.
  2. Responsible for the communication and coordination of technical issues in contract implementation, etc.
  3. Responsible for assisting sales to complete technical communication and product promotion.
  4. Responsible for customer technical consultation and Q&A, etc.
  5. Cooperate with customer complaints, etc.
  6. Handle customer claim with GCS team.
  7. Collect, analyse and feedback customer requirement.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, able to adapt to frequent travel, 5 years or above working experience in PV industry is preferred. With technical process or quality work experience in PV module / cell factory is preferred.
  2. Possess strong PV expertise and English presentation, speaking skills. Familiar with local Customs and Traditions. Knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
  3. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively with others in order to achieve goals and requirements.
  4. Possess strong communication and verbal skills.
