Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who excels at managing both individual contributions and a team, with the ability to oversee high-volume recruitment efforts. In this role, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of hiring strategies, team performance, and achieving hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, regularly tracking and analyzing recruitment data to measure team performance and optimize recruitment processes.
- Managing and maintaining accurate data on hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
Team Management:
- Develop, track, and manage team goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide consistent follow-up to ensure progress and success.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring their continuous development and growth within the recruitment space.
Volume Hiring:
- Demonstrate experience in managing large volumes of recruitment and delivering consistent hiring performance across multiple roles.
- Ensure that high-volume hiring goals are met while maintaining candidate quality and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and other teams.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Exhibit a strong personality with the ability to influence and align different teams to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in managing high-volume recruitment and leading teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in data management tools like Excel.
- Ability to work independently while managing a team, balancing both individual contribution and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to challenges.
