About Us:

We are looking for a motivated " Growth Associate* " to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our revenue and retention strategies. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing, optimizing customer journeys, and delivering results, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on revenue generation and user retention.

- Analyze and optimize user funnels to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns for retention and upselling.

- Monitor, report, and analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

- Design and implement retention marketing strategies using tools like push notifications, email marketing, and SMS campaigns.

- Assist in planning and executing A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.

- Collaborate with product teams to enhance user engagement and retention features.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to ensure effective growth initiatives.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on revenue and retention.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.

- Experience in lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, engagement, and churn prevention strategies.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer segmentation techniques.

- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Additional Information:


This is full-time, in-office role.

Completion of the provided assignment is non-negotiable for this position.

Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday (Sun - Mon Week off)

Work Timings: 10AM - 7PM
