Job Purpose:


  1. To enable sales force effectiveness through continuous training, guidance and monitoring.
  2. To ensure better in clinic effectiveness for meeting the business objectives.


Accountabilities:


  1. Deliver customized selling & medio marketing trainings to improve in-clinic effectiveness and sales revenues across DTMs in Emerging markets & Europe.
  2. Drive the implementation and execution of various training modules to enhance sales force productivity, across DTMs in Emerging markets & Europe.
  3. Devise annual training calendar to ensure all relevant trainings are conducted as per schedule.
  4. Ensure the CLM is regularly updated with new contents and learning journeys of the sales persons are well mapped and implemented.


Education Qualification:

  1. Science or Pharmacy graduates
  2. Certification on Training will be an added advantage


Relevant Work Experience:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in pharma sales preferably in national and trans-national markets
