The ideal candidate will be handling core HR processes such as employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and performance management also managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non IT positions.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment and wants to contribute to building a high-performing, engaged, and scalable team at Flynaut. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations & Compliance Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases.Handle attendance, leave management, and benefits coordination.Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.Assist in payroll coordination and documentation. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical and non-technical job requirements.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.Coordinate technical assessments, interview schedules, and feedback loops.Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Support employer branding and outreach initiatives. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.Plan and execute engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and team events.Foster a culture of inclusion, recognition, and continuous feedback. 4. Performance Management & Development Support periodic performance review cycles and maintain evaluation records.Coordinate training, development, and upskilling programs.Assist in identifying high-potential talent and succession planning. 5. Policy, Culture & Process Improvement Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and SOPs.Recommend improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.Align all HR practices with Flynaut’s core values: Integrity, Ownership, Teamwork, and Professionalism. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.3 – 4 years of combined experience as an HR Generalist preferably in a Information Technology & Cybersecurity environment.Strong understanding of technical job roles, tools, and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, DevOps, UI/UX, Managed IT, Cybersecurity).Proficient in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms.Solid knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance processes.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions and HR functions simultaneously. Preferred QualificationsExperience hiring for remote and international roles.Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).Prior experience with HR systems such as Rippling or equivalent.Exposure to startup or agency environments with rapid scaling.
