Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Generalist who will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts and supporting HR operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values building strong employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Source quality talent using multiple channels — job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines for critical and recurring positions.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire).

  • Conduct reference checks and support background verification.

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address basic employee queries and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager.

  • Support initiatives to drive employee engagement, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.

Required Qualifications:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to Recruitment & HR operations.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview coordination, and talent pipelines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR)

Educational Qualifications:

-Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
