We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Apollo Hospitals, Pune. This full-time position is ideal for a professional with a substantial background in recruitment and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. The role involves enhancing recruitment processes, managing HR operations, and ensuring smooth onboarding of staff, while leveraging your expertise in facility management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in blue collar recruitment processes to efficiently manage the recruitment lifecycle in the hospitality sector (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient understanding of facility management practices for the seamless operation within hospitality environments (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry to align HR strategies with industry standards and company goals (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in recruitment operations including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ability to efficiently handle payroll processing ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Competence in attendance management systems to maintain accurate employee attendance records and reporting.
  • Experience with HRIS for maintaining and managing employee records and facilitating HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills for effective onboarding, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute blue collar recruitment processes, ensuring optimal hiring outcomes to meet business demands.
  • Oversee facility management activities to support a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and provide HR support tailored to diverse teams.
  • Manage and execute payroll operations accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to legal and company protocols.
  • Implement and maintain effective attendance management systems to support organizational reliability and employee accountability.
  • Streamline HRIS use across the organization, ensuring accurate employee data management and reporting.
  • Facilitate smooth and engaging onboarding processes to enhance new employee experiences and integration.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
