The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes and a passion for people management.Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.Support payroll processing and attendance management.Handle employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and compliance.Coordinate performance reviews and training activities.Support administrative and day-to-day HR operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist role.Good knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).Why Join Us:Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for learning and growth.Exposure to the real estate and infrastructure industry.
