Position Category: HR Generalist Qualification: MBA - Human Resource I Engineering Background will be added advantage Desired Industrial Background: Engineering/Software Services, OEM Process/Chemical/Pharma/automotive Industries, Technical Skills required: - Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics. - Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices - Prior experience working with HRM Software - Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS) Special Skills required: - Should be a team player with a proactive approach. - Should have good communication and leadership skills. - Should be able to work under pressure and manage deliveries on time. - Should be able to work for an extended time to ensure timely deliveries Role and Responsibilities: Recruitment: - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking - Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds - Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems - Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process - Draft and post job descriptions across platforms - Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates Leave Management: - Maintain accurate leave records and ensure compliance with company policies. - Address employee queries related to leave policies and resolve discrepancies. Employee Documentation: - Oversee the documentation of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. - Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and stored securely in accordance with data protection standards. Performance Management: - Coordinate and schedule performance meetings, ensuring timely communication with employees and managers. - Support the execution of performance review cycles, assisting in documentation and follow-ups. - Track performance metrics and maintain records of evaluations for future reference. Daily HR Operations: - Handle day-to-day HR activities, including updating internal databases, managing employee correspondence, and coordinating with other departments. - Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Executive Support: - Assist senior management in preparing reports, presentations, and employee-related data summaries. - Provide support for organizational initiatives and strategic HR projects.
