About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Human Resource Generalist to support our HR operations and help maintain our high-trust, high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions, employee relations, compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate coordination, and onboarding. - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance. - Assist in payroll coordination through timely updates on attendance, leaves, and employee information. - Provide day-to-day support to employees and address HR-related queries professionally. - Help develop, implement, and update HR policies and processes. - Coordinate performance management cycles, confirmations, and probation reviews. - Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with Innostax's culture. - Oversee smooth exit management including resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws. - Support HR leadership in strategic initiatives and process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 24 years of HR Generalist experience. - Solid understanding of HR operations, best practices, and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS/ATS tools is a plus. - High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
