Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Head of Partnerships and Alliances to lead and manage our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a top-tier institution and extensive cross-sector consulting experience, preferably with Big 4 or MBB firms. In this role, you will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships, driving growth, enhancing market positioning, and collaborating on initiatives that deliver mutual value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Strategy and Management:

 Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

 Identify, negotiate, and establish high-impact strategic partnerships across industries and geographies.

 Utilize experience in stakeholder management, partner engagement strategies, expectation management and cross-functional collaboration to manage and nurture partner relationships.

2. Sales Enablement and Support:

 Collaborate closely with sales, product and delivery teams to drive partner-led sales and uncover new revenue opportunities.

 Apply insights from market analysis and business modeling to support partners in achieving sales success.

 Establish and track metrics to measure partner performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

3. Subject Matter Expertise & Industry Insights:

 Leverage cross-sector consulting expertise in GTM strategy development, operational improvement, and technology implementation to provide actionable insights to partners.

 Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, sharing relevant insights with partners.

4. Marketing Campaigns & Joint Initiatives:

 Co-create and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, including webinars, industry events, and co-branded initiatives.

 Use knowledge of change management and brand positioning to ensure marketing initiatives reflect strategic objectives.

 Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for greater impact.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

 Develop and implement systems to track and report on the effectiveness of partnerships and initiatives.

 Use data analytics, financial modeling, and KPI tracking to identify opportunities for improvement and scale successful models.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

 Lead, mentor, and grow the Partnerships and Alliances team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

 Promote professional development of the supporting teams to ensure the team remains at the forefront of partnership management best practices.

Key Requirements:

Educational Background:

 MBA from a reputed institution . Experience:

 12+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles, with at least 5+ years in leadership positions.

 Significant cross-sector consulting experience, ideally with exposure to:

o Strategy Development and Implementation

o Market Analysis and Competitive Benchmarking

o Operational Efficiency and Cost Optimization

o Technology Enablement and Digital Transformation

o Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement

 Prior experience with Big 4 or MBB firms is highly desirable.

Skills:

 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

 Expertise in designing and executing go-to-market strategies, client acquisition plans, and joint marketing campaigns.

 Strong analytical capabilities, including data interpretation, financial modeling, and decision-making.

 Proven ability to manage diverse, complex projects across sectors and functions. Attributes:
