This role is for a highly motivated individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior executives (CXOs) to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own and drive the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver impactful, tailored product presentations to highlight the value and ROI of our VTS ,TMS and logistics solutions.
  • CXO Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, particularly senior executives and CXOs, to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Solution Selling: Understand clients' logistics and supply chain challenges, providing customized solutions to meet their operational needs.
  • Travel: Travel up to 60% for client meetings, on-site presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • SaaS Enterprise sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving large-scale deals in the enterprise space.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex solutions in a compelling and concise manner to senior executives. ( Non negotiable ) must have exceptional communication skills .
  • Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with traveling up to 40% of the time for client engagement and industry networking.
