  • Lead and manage a team of branch managers and frontline staff.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to branch managers to ensure alignment with the bank's objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop strategies for team improvement.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and experience across all branches.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor branch security and risk management procedures.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to launch new offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use market intelligence to devise competitive strategies for the cluster.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Risk Management.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and stakeholders to promote the bank's brand and services.
  • Ensure branches adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels.
