What We Offer

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will join our APAC Talent Acquisition team to secure top talent within the region. In this role, you will provide strong support in hiring across different levels and roles - majority of which will be in the technical space. You will be mainly working on pipelining talent for the selection process and managing recruitment channels, on top of this will be managing accurate and concise records and reports, including relevant EEO statistics, and diversity hiring. Depending on volume and or business need, you may also support campus hiring and regional recruiting efforts.

What You Will Do

  • Implement comprehensive, innovative, and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, detailed research and competitive intelligence as it relates to Nasdaq talent needs and sharing the knowledge with the broader teams. Monitor trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies and use social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to company’s sourcing channels.
  • Ability to generate leads, do passive sourcing through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet or Boolean searches, and existing talent pool database searching.
  • Collaborate with appropriate teams to identify, plan and facilitate targeted events to attract, and build more diverse pipeline of talents.
  • Establish partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager.
  • As needed, identify strengths and technical competencies that drive success, conduct behavioral interviews using behavioral-based competency talent selection methods, prepare, negotiate, and extend offers to candidates, and initiating candidate onboarding as needed.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


What We Expect

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience and has handled technical roles preferably from multinational organizations within the FinTech industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, scheduling, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship management.
  • Ability to use TA technology and tools including but not limited to ATS, CRM tools, social and digital media, and generate & analyze reports.
  • Experience conducting proactive sourcing, head hunting, candidate generation, and talent pool management for different roles and levels across the organization.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both in oral and written forms.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, following a global service delivery model, and is amenable to take some global meetings outside work hours only as needed.
  • Open for 3 to 6 months contract.
