About theRole:
As ourTalent Acquisition Specialist you will lead the search for Csuiteand highlevel executives utilizing advanced sourcing strategies toengage with top talent. You will also manage recruitment forpositions ranging from entrylevel to senior managementdemonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your approach.Through proactive candidate discovery and engagement you willensure a robust pipeline to meet our current and future hiringneeds. Additionally you will collaborate closely with seniormanagement to understand requirements and provide strategicguidance on candidateselection.

Provenwork experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talentacquisition role ideally with a focus on IT and nonITroles Familiarity with Applicant TrackingSystems (ATS) and experience in effectively utilizing resumedatabases to source candidates Demonstratedexpertise in employing various sourcing techniques including socialmedia networking and targeted outreach Asolid understanding of referral programs and the ability toleverage them for candidate sourcingExceptional verbal and written communication skills with theability to convey complex information clearly andpersuasively Sound judgment and the abilityto assess candidates technical skills and cultural fiteffectively Bachelors degree (BSc) in HumanResources Management Organizational Psychology or a relatedfield

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand thespecifics of each role and create tailored jobdescriptions Employ a comprehensive range ofsourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates fromvarious online channels Craft compellingrecruiting emails that highlight the unique opportunities andbenefits Vyzen offers to potentialcandidates Thoroughly screen incomingresumes and applications assessing candidates qualificationsexperience and cultural fit Conduct thoroughand insightful interviews utilizing phone video and inpersonmethods to evaluate candidates Prepareadminister and distribute assignments and tests to assesscandidates technical prowess and problemsolvingabilities Present hiring managers withshortlists of highly qualified candidates ensuring alignment withthe outlined role requirements Facilitatethe delivery of job offer emails and effectively address candidateinquiries related to compensation benefits and otherdetails Monitor and analyze key HR metricsrelated to recruitment providing regular updates and insights toleadership
