Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will be responsible for understanding our recruiting needs, establishing hiring criteria, and actively sourcing candidates through various channels. Additionally, you will create compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and understand the unique needs of each role.
  • Develop creative and effective strategies to attract and engage top talent, leveraging a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain organized and efficient recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment strategies and enhance our employer brand.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in talent acquisition.



Qualifications

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent across various roles and industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
