Job Description:

The client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in Enterprise Sales to join the team in Mumbai. Candidates with expertise in Microsoft products or solutions will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present and position solutions tailored to client needs, with a focus on Microsoft products/services (preferred).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to adapt sales strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, solutions, and their value propositions (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
