The Channel Marketing Performance Manager is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of various marketing channels. A key emphasis of this role is gathering business requirements and developing a robust reporting and measurement strategy, along with performing in-app reporting (including Oktopost, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce). The successful candidate will work closely with marketing teams, data analysts, and stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.


Job Description:

Required technical skills/experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with Power BI, including creating complex dashboards and reports.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization using Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL, DAX, Python, and other data query languages.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, CPA).
  • Understanding of statistical methods and their application in marketing performance.
  • Proven experience developing a multi touch attribution model for a Marketing org
  • Proven experience developing in-app reporting for channels such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc. and driving data driven insights that resulted in tangible improvement

Required soft skills/experience:

  • Attention to Detail: The ability to meticulously examine every aspect of a product and detect subtle flaws or errors.
  • Communication: Clear and concise verbal/written communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving when encountering issues.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to new tools, technologies, and changing product requirements.
  • Teamwork: Collaboration with cross-functional teams requires a cooperative and supportive approach.
  • Time Management: Managing multiple testing timelines efficiently to meet product delivery schedules.
  • Customer-Focused: Understanding customer needs and perspectives to ensure the product meets their expectations.
  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying updated with the latest testing methodologies and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce is a major plus.
  • Ability to use data to drive insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
