Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at YCFC - Hyderabad.

Job Summary:

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Banking and NBFC sectors. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Banking and NBFC sectors.
  • Onboard new partners and provide training and resources to improve their sales capabilities.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for product expansion within the Banking and NBFC space.
  • Set sales targets and manage channel performance to meet organizational objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure all channel partners comply with regulatory requirements in the Banking and NBFC sectors.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in channel sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and agents.
  • Familiarity with channel sales strategies, revenue forecasting, and performance optimization.
