Overview:The SalesManager Alternate Channel plays a crucial role in driving salesgrowth through alternative distribution channels. This role isinstrumental in expanding the companys market reach and achievingsales targets through effective channel management and salesstrategies.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement sales strategies to drive revenue through alternatechannels
  • Identify and establish partnershipswith potential sales channels
  • Lead and managethe alternate channel sales team to achievetargets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performanceand provide insights forimprovement
  • Collaborate with marketing tocreate channelspecific sales and promotionalstrategies
  • Negotiate contracts and terms withchannel partners
  • Ensure compliance with companypolicies and standards across alternatechannels
  • Provide training and guidance tochannel partners and sales team
  • Stay updatedwith market trends and adjust sales strategiesaccordingly
  • Resolve channel conflicts andcustomer issues to maintain a positive brandimage
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager inalternate channels
  • Demonstrated success indriving sales growth through alternatechannels
  • Strong understanding of channelmanagement and distributionstrategies
  • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills
  • Exceptional negotiation andcommunication abilities
  • Ability to analyzesales data and derive actionableinsights
  • Proficiency in CRM and salesmanagement software
  • Indepth knowledge of theindustry and market trends
