  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the VP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between the VP, internal teams, and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and responding to inquiries.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items for meetings; ensure the VP is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the VP.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as required, providing insights and reports.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports; ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Office Management: Help maintain a professional office environment, ordering supplies and managing facilities as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
