Ideal Candidate : The candidate should have experience in handling Tech deals in a Growth Fund or Corporate M&A. Candidate should be from Engineering background.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Be self driven and be responsible to source deals independently and manage data, resources and vendors required for executing the diligence plan.
  • Financial and valuation analysis including financial modelling.
  • Written memos and presentations.
  • Manage documentation related to the investment process.
  • Supporting deal assessment, business model evaluation and execution which includes sector research & understanding, analysis, diligence process and transaction documentation.
  • Tracking performance of portfolio companies, the relevant sectors & competition.
