Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports the company's business objectives.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Technology Evaluation: Identify and recommend new technologies that can enhance the company's operations and competitive position.

- Security and Compliance: Ensure the company's IT systems are secure and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.

Qualification & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or similar are preferred.
