Talasha has been mandated to hire a B2B Sales & Business Development Manager for a communications, design & PR consultancy based out of Delhi. They believe in following an integrated problem-solving approach to create lasting value for their brands


Responsibilities -

  • Own the sales & leads metrics end to end - from strategizing innovative offline & online ways to reach the right potential clients to implementing those campaigns/strategies
  • Build strategic partnerships with various networking groups & participate in relevant events/engagements/ summits to acquire leads
  • Pitch to potential clients & networking groups on the services of the agency
  • Generate the right leads via digital marketing on Meta, Linkedin, Google and email marketing. Work on designing the optimal digital sales journey for those leads


Good to Have -

  • Proven 3-5 years experience in B2B sales of services (eg sales of digital marketing agency services, etc)
  • Strong hold over lead generation via both offline & digital sales journeys
  • Previous experience scaling startup marketing agencies
  • Strong verbal & written communication & networking skills


CTC - Rs. 8-10 Lakhs
