Regional Manager

The job holder has to set-up the operations to provide Executive Search and Staffing solutions in the region and successfully run it as independent profit centre. He/she will be responsible for topline and bottom-line targets for the said region
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify target companies, meet the top management representatives of the said potential client and present Proxima capability in providing Executive Search and staffing solutions.
- Targets: Meet Annual as well as Monthly targets Revenue and position closures
- Client Interface: Understand clients unique and critical requirements. Counsel them on market trend and align their requirement accordingly. Document and record client’s requirement by way of search brief. Gets client’s formal approval for the assignment including agreed timeline for delivery.
- Delivery: Closely work with the delivery team and guide them to identify most appropriate profile for the said position
- Talent Management: Devise plans and strategies to attract, develop and retain the best available talent. The jobholder is responsible to constantly assess the manpower requirements of the region and initiate actions to recruit the best talent
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate with atleast 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Proven track-record of successfully signing-up with large Corporates for offering Products/Services
- Proven track record of delivering agreed sales targets
