Summary: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing and driving sales activities within a specific geographic region. The key focus is on developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining a robust distribution network, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives to achieve revenue growth. The RSM oversees the performance of the regional sales team, manages distributor relationships, and supports local marketing activities to boost product presence. The role also requires strategic planning, performance analysis, and competitor monitoring to stay ahead in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Review and define distribution network for the Regional & Build a strong distribution Network.
  • Distributor management and local marketing activities.
  • Directly responsible to deliver sales growth as per the organization’s objectives.
  • Handling of Regional Team & Provide support to them as required.
  • Making Long term and Short -Term Goals for the business development of the Company.
  • Coordinating between Company and Field Staff.
  • Review and Analysis of the implementation of business plans and strategies.
  • Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales of Regional.
  • Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship.
  • Market review of new products and services.
  • Regularly attending monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of the company.
  • Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Any life sciences background
  • Proven experience minimum of 5 to 8 years of similar experience in the required fields, specifically within the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry.
  • Experience managing a sales team and working with distributors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to review sales data, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
