  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between applications.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform advancements and legal industry trends, incorporating them into solution design.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Document processes, configurations, and solutions, creating comprehensive user guides and training materials.
  • Proven 6+ years’ experience as a functional consultant or business analyst in legal services management.
  • In-depth understanding of organizational processes and workflows.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform for legal service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
