Are you ready to take your IT career to the next level? We're seeking a skilled DevOps Consultant to join our team at 4M India. As a key member of our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) team, you'll be responsible for building and configuring ServiceNow solutions that drive business value for our customers.

What You'll Do

As a ServiceNow DevOps Consultant, you'll be working closely with our customers to understand their challenges and develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow. Your expertise in scripting and configuration will enable you to design, prototype, and implement apps on the Now platform. You'll also collaborate with our development team to improve design, development, and testing methods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure the ServiceNow Platform
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Collaborate with various individuals and teams to design, prototype, and implement apps on the Now platform
  • Generate ideas for improvement based on incoming calls and customer experiences
  • Work with other developers to improve design, development, and testing methods
  • Participate in projects
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Consultant with a strong background in ServiceNow and scripting languages like Java, JavaScript, and Python. You should have a solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and responsive or adaptive design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.

  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2-3 years' experience with technologies like Java, JavaScript, Python, and AngularJS
  • ServiceNow experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the latest front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and responsive or adaptive design is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills and passionate about maintaining good customer relations
  • Result-oriented, team player, and able to work independently
  • Creative and analytic approach to solving problems, with an eye for detail
  • Flexibility to work across different geographies and time zones
  • Eager to learn new technical and soft skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and in remote teams
