Position Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Channel Sales
Job Summary
A Channel Sales Partner is responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with channel partners such as distributors, resellers, retailers, and other third-party intermediaries. The Channel Sales Manager works closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive sales, enhance market presence, and ensure effective distribution of products or services
§ Key Roles and Responsibilities
1.Channel Partner Management:
- Identify potential channel partners and evaluate their suitability based on company objectives and target markets.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and new channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
2.Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with channel partners to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
3.Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives.
- Ensure effective communication of product launches, updates, and promotional activities to channel partners.
- Work with partners to create localized marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
4.Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
- Act as the liaison between channel partners and internal teams to address partner needs and concerns
Education and Experience
· Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialization from reputed university
·Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least years in Real Estate Industry with min 3 Years in Luxury Segment
Competencies and Skills
- Strong understanding of the company's products/services, industry, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
