What You’ll Do

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media platforms, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and alignment with the role.
  • Negotiation: Discuss offers and ensure alignment with organizational policies while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing offer letters and maintaining accurate candidate records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 0-2 years in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
