Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various roles within our organization. This role also requires supporting various HR functions to ensure a well-rounded employee experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we hire qualified individuals who align with our company culture and contribute to our ongoing success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job posting, social media outreach, networking, and collaborating with recruitment agencies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and offering support during onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and assist in developing job descriptions and interview questions.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs by developing relationships with potential candidates and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to drive improvements in the hiring process.
  • Generalist: Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions. Participate in HR projects and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR generalist roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
