Position Overview:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you possess a wealth of experience in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various industries. With a strategic, data-driven approach, you help organizations build high-performing teams by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, cutting-edge sourcing techniques, and a deep understanding of talent market trends.
Brief synopsis of your role and responsibility:
- Strategic Sourcing: Expert in leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pools to attract passive candidates. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple open positions, candidates, and hiring timelines.
- Candidate Assessment: Skilled in behavioural interviewing, competency-based interviewing, and skills testing to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
- Process Optimization: Strong experience in refining recruitment processes for efficiency, reducing time-to-hire, and improving conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Experienced in working closely with leadership teams to understand workforce planning and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Agency Onboarding and Tracking: Onboard agencies by providing them with an understanding of the company culture, values, and any specific nuances in the hiring process that will help them present the best candidates. Regularly assess the agency’s performance in terms of candidate quality, time-to-fill, and the success rate of placements.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR from a top-tier institution
- 4-6 years’ experience in talent acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Executive search & talent mapping for senior and niche roles
- Employer branding and candidate experience optimization
