Report to: Manager – Talent Acquisition Department: People & Culture Team
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive / Specialist - Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team at Taggd. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process for RPO recruitment roles and internal support group (ISG) functions like Technology, Finance, HR, IT Support, Marketing, and Business Excellence. Your focus will be on hiring recruiters, recruitment managers, and other key roles across various RPO projects, as well as internal positions within Taggd.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for both RPO roles (e.g., Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Recruitment Managers) and internal positions across support functions (e.g., Technology, HR, Finance, Marketing, IT Support, and Business Excellence).
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific hiring needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate the hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding, to ensure seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress and metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both RPO and internal hiring.
• Strong understanding of various roles in recruitment as well as support functions (e.g., Technology, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRMS tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
