Position Description


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support organizational growth. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals effectively.


Responsibilities


  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals) to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruiting practices to enhance hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal hiring standards.


Basic Requirements:


  • 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully closing roles across various levels.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


Qualification & Educational Requirements:


  • Preferable - Graduate/ post-graduate from a reputed college/ university in HR
