As the Lead Specialist – Performance Marketing (B2B), you will be responsible for developing and managing the digital demand strategy and execution plans across Paid social media (LinkedIn, Twitter Xing), Google Ads (Search and Display), Programmatic, Display-Video, Search, Re-marketing, Sponsored publisher channels, etc.

Reporting to the Director - Digital Marketing the ideal candidate will have a genuine curiosity for testing new and innovative approaches to generate demand and will take a data-driven approach to drive product trials/inquiries and meet pipeline goals from digital campaigns in implementing and continuously improving discovery and demand generation for business growth with inbound sales-qualified leads with both our existing clients and future growth audiences.

You are a result-oriented digital marketer who sees the big picture, understands complex business problems and demand generation needs, and solves it with non-standard performance marketing campaigns.


This is an individual contributor role.


Responsibilities:

• You will drive paid demand generation strategies at a group level for all 3 brands, globally (primarily Europe and US)

• Develop and own a framework for managing audiences across channels

• Launch ABM campaigns by collaborating closely with the integrated marketing team to reach, engage and convert the accounts that matter to our business.

• Leverage the customer’s buyer’s journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs that will lead customer prospects from Trial or inquiry > MQL > SQL > closed won

• Plan and deploy media budgets across various channels, segments, and regions in order to help Sales meet their pipeline goals

• Drive innovation and experimentation in our demand generation programs to improve our demand creation & conversion reduce CPLs, increase SQL and impact

• Lead efforts and strategy with our ad tech vendors and agencies to proactively test and improve demand generation campaigns.

• Drive awareness, interest, and consideration, further delivering high-quality inbound SQLs and ROI

• Plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across different paid media channels


Who’ll be a good fit:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience and running successful demand generation programs for international markets primarily Europe and US

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Twitter Xing) , Display, DV 360 or other DSPs

• Experience in running marketing campaigns at scale across multiple platforms/geographies

• Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics using Google Analytics / Segment and Google Tag Manager
