Position Overview

We are seeking a bright and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement for our clients
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify the most effective strategies for each unique client.
  • Develop and implement data-driven campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI for our clients' investments.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics like clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition to generate insightful reports and optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping yourself updated on the latest performance marketing and paid media trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure performance marketing strategies align perfectly with our clients' overall digital marketing goals.


Qualifications


  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing and paid media advertising (experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads)
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to achieve specific goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
