Job Description:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with a proven track record of managing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive conversions and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will be adept at using a mix of creativity and analytical prowess to optimize campaigns and scale successful strategies.


Please Note: This position is focused specifically on performance marketing. We are seeking candidates with direct experience in this area. Candidates primarily experienced in digital marketing should not apply. We are offering a salary increase of 10-12% over your current compensation, contingent upon experience and qualifications. So please consider all this factors and then apply.


Your Role at Brelex Media:

1. Client On boarding and Communication:

●Gather all necessary details about the client's business to fully understand their goals, challenges, and market position.

●Create a WhatsApp group for streamlined communication with the client and internal teams.


2.Strategy Development and KPIs:

●Set up the right KPIs and expectations in collaboration with the client to measure campaign success effectively.

●Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including projections of ads scaling and funnel optimization.

●Conduct audience research to tailor strategies for targeted engagement.


3.Project Management and Timeline:

●Create detailed projections and timelines for each project, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the project's scope and deadlines.

●Manage weekly calls and reporting to keep the client informed of progress and results.

4. Campaign Setup and Monitoring:

●Collect brand assets, agency dashboard access, data sheets, ad assets, and ads strategy data for campaign setup.

●Take control of ad account access and talking page access to manage campaigns directly.

●Review and optimize ad scripts and headlines for maximum impact.

●Set up Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and create UTM links for comprehensive tracking and analytics.

● Add heat map tracking to the client's website for detailed user interaction data.


5. Execution and Optimization:

●Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns, focusing on setting up the flow of the funnel and pricing strategies.

●Perform daily reporting and analysis to optimize ads continuously based on performance data and targeting insights.

●Conduct weekly and monthly reporting to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.

●Optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.

6. Technical Setup:

●Ensure the technical setup for tracking and analytics is correctly implemented, including pixel and Google Analytics setup.


7. Scaling and Optimization:

●Manage the scaling of successful ads while maintaining efficiency and meeting ROI targets.

●Continuously seek opportunities for funnel optimization to enhance the customer journey and increase conversions.


Requirements:

●Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a minimum budget of 3 crores on ad spend.

●Expertise in Meta Ads, including a deep understanding of ad formats, targeting options, and campaign optimization for conversion and sales objectives.

●Proficiency in Google Video/YouTube Ads, with a proven ability to strategize, execute, and monitor campaigns focused on driving conversions and sales.

●Familiarity with conversion tracking setup and verification using Meta Pixel and Google Ads tracking codes on platforms like WordPress, Click funnels, and other page builders.

●Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

●Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to effectively convey performance insights and recommendations.
